Ideal instrument to check blister Packs, Strip for Leak Test. The old method of separate desiccator and the huge vacuum pump is replaced with the new Leak Test Apparatus in GMP Stainless Steel Body with phenomenal compactness. The instrument is equipped with Diaphragm type vacuum pump gives the higher level of vacuum in shortest possible time. Die pressed polycarbonate vacuum desiccator sustains vacuum for a long time. A vacuum gauge is provided to indicate vacuum level which is connected to isolation valve to disconnect the source. Thus avoiding the need of continues running of the vacuum pump.

These autoclaves are made of 10 gauge aluminum. The drum is deep drawn & the ring on top is riveted. The lid is made by casting. Locking of lid by 6 nuts with rubber gasket seal in between (not metal to metal seal). Two safety valves, pressure gauge, flexible metal rubbing to exhaust air. Includes outer stand, inner aluminum container, inner tripod stand.

It consists of Stainless steel holders in the manifold of 3 of 6 to hold 47 mm dia membrane filters, the tops of the holders are connected to the outlets of flushing tube with silicone tubing and glass top cock. A vacuum resistant flask or wolf bottle must be placed between the manifold and vacuum pump. (Supplied without wolf bottle and vacuum/pressure pump). These units are used for sterility testing when the membranes filter is to be removed from the holder for incubation in culture media. Filtration area is 12.5 cm and has a holding capacity of 250ml. Though the only vacuum is required for filtration, some pressure is required for flushing liquids.

Outer made of M.S. Sheet powder coated & inner chamber is made of thick S.S. Sheet. The gap between two walls is fitted with high grade glass wool. The glass window makes it possible to inspect specimen without disturbing inner Temperature. The unit has a temprature range from ambient to 60°. Temperature is controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller with a accuracy of + 0.5°C. Air Circulation Fan is provided to maintain stability throughout. Speed of shaker is variable from 30 RPM to 250 RPM. The tray of the shaker is also made of S.S. Sheet with Lotus type clamps to hold flasks. Unit is fitted with Digital RPM Meter, 999 min digital time.
