Bottle Filling Module

Specification

• One proximity sensor to detect the bottle presence • Opto coupler sensor to detect the bottle position. • A mechanical base fixed with stepper motor and gear mechanism provided to hold 5 bottles and rotate in circular motion. • A tank is provided to store the liquid. • One solenoid valve to control the volume of liquid flow into the bottle. • One Reservoir tank with FHP pump to feed the water to supply tank. • Two magnetic switches provided to maintain the level of water in supply tank.  

Distributed Control System

The distributed I/O can be connected via Profibus, Communication.
