Description
Consists of 5 metal rods of different materials having equal lenghts mounted in sheet metal box 150 x 90 x 100mm with corks.
Metal rods 150 x 3 mm length x diameter, one each of aluminium,brass, copper, lead and iron, embedded along one side of a metal tank size 150 x 90 x 100 mm length x width x height.

Description
A 500 mm long metal rod is supported in a plated brass tube with three tubules for steam inlet, outlet and thermometer. Comprising two castÂmetal uprights linked by a pair of parallel plated metal support rods and supporting an expansion bar at the top. Supplied with expansion bars. Comprising two cast-iron uprights, height 18 cm linked by two nickel plated rods supporting on expansion bar, length 38 cm fixed to one upright and resting on a friction pointer placed at the other. Supplied with scale reading 0 to 90 deg and one each of aluminium, brass and iron expansion bars.
Pyrometer
Description
Fitted on a wooden base cast metal uprights and rod mountings. A 20-0-20 scale is provided to notice the expansion in rods. The counter weighted needle is used for easy reading. A knurling screw is provided for zero adjustment. Supplied with three metal rods one of each Aluminium, Brass and Steel.
