Digital Tablet Disintegration Apparatus is designed for accurate estimation of disintegration time of tablets as per IP/USP standards.
The instrument is designed to test to batches of six tablets, simultaneously.
The unit consists of two beakers having capacity of 1000 cc each.
In these beakers, suitable disintegration media can be taken.
These can be temperature controlled using a in-built heater and a highly thermostat fitted inside the instrument.
Microprocessor based time to talizer is provided for accurate time readout.

Specification
Standard Double Wall Fabrication, inner & outer chamber made of thick mild steel sheet. Painted with hammer tone paint finish. The gap between the walls is fitted with special grade glass wool. Provided with two or three removable shelves. Heating elements provided on three sides to attain quick and uniform heating in range of 30°C to 110°C + 1°C controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat.
