Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus

It consists of Stainless steel holders in the manifold of 3 of 6 to hold 47 mm dia membrane filters, the tops of the holders are connected to the outlets of flushing tube with silicone tubing and glass top cock. A vacuum resistant flask or wolf bottle must be placed between the manifold and vacuum pump. (Supplied without wolf bottle and vacuum/pressure pump). These units are used for sterility testing when the membranes filter is to be removed from the holder for incubation in culture media. Filtration area is 12.5 cm and has a holding capacity of 250ml. Though the only vacuum is required for filtration, some pressure is required for flushing liquids.

Orbital shaking incubator cum B.O.D incubator is specifically designed to controlled incubation with orbital shaking arrangement with powerful geared motor for many labotatory procedures such as tissue culture, fermentations studies, enzyme reactions, growth studies etc. The outer chamber is made up of M.S sheet duly powder coated & inner chamber is made of thick S.S. sheet. The gap between wall is fitted with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal loss. The plexi glass window provided to inspect the specimen without disturbing the inner temp. The incubator is illuminated with one door operated or panel operated flurescent tube. The unit has a temp. Range from 5°C to 60°C. The temperature is controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor PID Temperature Indicator cum Controller with a accurancy of + 0.5°C. Air circulation fan is provided to maintain stability throughout. (S.S 304) 120mm Dia. Permeability cups for determining the water-vapor transmission of paints, varnishes, coatings, coating systems and related products. The Permeability cup consists of a cup, seal ring and cover ring. The seal ring is designed to prevent turning when closing the cover. The Permeability cup is suitable for testing both self-supporting coating and non-self-supporting coatings. Water-vapor transmission is of interest for high humidity conditions. The wet cup method is thus the reference method for determining water-vapor transmission, if agreed up on otherwise, other procedures or conditions the dry cup method may be used.

Blood collection and storage is done is special tubes which allow the preservation of the blood sample over long periods.
