Description
The basic set-up of the colorimeter is: LED light source: Produces polychromatic light over the entire visible region, 45 Broad spectrum filter: The colorwheel has nine different filters. The filter employed is selected by wavelength. Each filter will produce monochromatic light at a specified peak wavelength with a bandpass of 20 mm. The filters enable the user to perform tests from 400 to 680 nm. Cuvette Holder: It holds the inserted cuvette during testing. It is imperative the cuvette be consistently oriented in the holder. Description
Auto Karl Fischer Titrimeter – 761 is an automatic apparatus designed to carry out Karl Fischer Titrations for accurate determination of moisture content in various samples. The instrument comprises of two units i.e CONTOL UNIT & TITRATION UNIT. The CONTROL UNIT controls the complete automatic titration. On pressing the START button, the titration starts and the KF reagent is added automatically from the burette, through a solenoid valve into the titration vessel. As soon as the end point is reached, the titration is stopped automatically by the Control Unit. It has fully solid state circuitry incorporating advanced IC technology. Titration unit contains the magnetic stirring mechanism and the solenoid valve assembly. The cabinet is designed to serve as a titration stand. Karl Fischer method for determination of moisture content is used in pharmaceutical and drug manufacturing industries, food stuff, sugar, wood, paper and textile industries, petroleum refineries, chemical and fertilizer units etc.
Anaerobic Culture Jar
Description
Transparent Anaerobic Culture Jar of 3.5.lit. capacity which is made of Polycarbonate. The lid of the jar is made of Aluminum pressure die Casting fitted with Pressure Valve, Vacuum Valve, Safety Valve & compound Pressure cum vacuum gauge, three finger aluminum clamp and sealing "O" ring. This is recommended only where inside air of jar is removed thru vacuum pump and CO2 is filled in the jar thru CO2 gas cylinder to generate anaerobic condition in the jar. Also supplied with plain aluminum pressure die casted lid which can be fitted when readymade gas packs are used to generate the anaerobic conditions inside the jar. When readymade gas packs are used, there is no need of lid fitted with dial gauge etc., for extra life of equipment.
