Vortex Shaker (Test Tube Shaker)

Ideal instrument to check blister Packs, Strip for Leak Test. The old method of separate desiccator and the huge vacuum pump is replaced with the new Leak Test Apparatus in GMP Stainless Steel Body with phenomenal compactness. The instrument is equipped with Diaphragm type vacuum pump gives the higher level of vacuum in shortest possible time. Die pressed polycarbonate vacuum desiccator sustains vacuum for a long time. A vacuum gauge is provided to indicate vacuum level which is connected to isolation valve to disconnect the source. Thus avoiding the need of continues running of the vacuum pump.

Superior quality & finish. All these autoclaves are made of 8 gauge aluminum. The drum is deep drawn. The lid is die casted. Locking of lid by 6 nuts with rubber gasket seal in between (no metal to metal seal). Two safety valves, pressure gauge, flexible metal tubing to exhaust air. Includes outer stand, inner tripod stand.

Colour coded pressure gauge showing internal chamber conditions during the cycle. Sterilization zone in green colour is shown from 15 psi to 20 psi (or 1.034 bar to 1.378 bar) which is equivalent to temperature of 121°c to 127°c. Dial size : 2.5". Dial show measurement in 2 units. (i) kg/cm2 (ii) lb/inch2 Full scale dial of pressure gauge is 0-30 lb/ inch2 or 0-2 kg/cm2 Caution zone in red colour. Equipped with steam release /control valve and flexible metal exhaust tube.

Specification

Standard Double Wall Fabrication, inner & outer chamber made of thick mild steel sheet. Painted with hammer tone paint finish. The gap between the walls is fitted with special grade glass wool. Provided with two or three removable shelves. Heating elements provided on three sides to attain quick and uniform heating in range of 30°C to 110°C + 1°C controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat. An L- Shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature. Equipment suitable to be working on 220V AC 50Hz single phase.

Outer made of M.S. Sheet powder coated & inner chamber is made of thick S.S. Sheet. The gap between two walls is fitted with high grade glass wool. The glass window makes it possible to inspect specimen without disturbing inner Temperature. The unit has a temprature range from ambient to 60°. Temperature is controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller with a accuracy of + 0.5°C. Air Circulation Fan is provided to maintain stability throughout. Speed of shaker is variable from 30 RPM to 250 RPM. The tray of the shaker is also made of S.S. Sheet with Lotus type clamps to hold flasks. Unit is fitted with Digital RPM Meter, 999 min digital time.
