Lathe Tool Dynamometers
This is a strain gauge type two component lathe tool dynamometer designed to measure vertical and horizontal forces on the while orthogonal cutting process. The unit is in two parts one is mechanical sensing unit or tool holder, which can mounted on the top of the Ross slide after removing swivel base and compound slide of a lathe and digital force indicator. With this Dynamometer student can study the change in these forces by varying Speed, Cut and Feed.

2 Axis Robotic-MatlabTrainer
This Robo Trainer is working along with Matlab. Two axisrobo consists of two AC Servo Motors which are made to rotate using PWM pulse output of the controller. Two rotational encoders are present to determine shaft position of the motors. One AC Motor is used to rotate the handle from 0 to 360°, and the other is to move the handle up and down which can cover a distance of 450 mm. Pneumatics ARM is used for the application of pick and place of an object.

Metacentric Height Apparatus
DESCRIPTION:-
A pontoon is allowed to float in a small tank having a transparent side. Removable steel strips placed in the model for the purpose of changing the weight of the model. Displacement of weight is measured with the help of a scale. By means of a pendulum (consisting of a weight suspended to a long pointer) the angle of tilt can be measured on a graduated arc. For tilting the ship model, a cross bar with two movable hangers is fixed on the model. Pendulum and graduated arc are suitably fixed at the center of the cross bar. Single Stage Air Compressor Test Rig
The test rig comprises of a Single stage air compressor fitted with an air tank with orifice, pressure gauges, and an energy meter to measure the input & a Temperature indicator measures the temperatures at various points. The compressor is mounted on air receiver along with the motor, and is provided with air relief valve (safety) and a pressure switch.
