Locking of lid by 6 nuts with rubber gasket seal in between (no metal to metal seal). Two safety valves, pressure gauge, flexible metal tubing to exhaust air. Includes outer stand, inner tripod stand.

Pressure Gauge

Colour coded pressure gauge showing internal chamber conditions during the cycle. Sterilization zone in green colour is shown from 15 psi to 20 psi (or 1.034 bar to 1.378 bar) which is equivalent to temperature of 121°c to 127°c. Dial size : 2.5". Dial show measurement in 2 units. (i) kg/cm2 (ii) lb/inch2 Full scale dial of pressure gauge is 0-30 lb/ inch2 or 0-2 kg/cm2 Caution zone in red colour. Equipped with steam release /control valve and flexible metal exhaust tube.

Specification

Outer made of M.S. Sheet powder coated & inner chamber is made of thick S.S. Sheet. The gap between two walls is fitted with high grade glass wool. The glass window makes it possible to inspect specimen without disturbing inner Temperature. The unit has a temprature range from ambient to 60°. Temperature is controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller with a accuracy of + 0.5°C. Air Circulation Fan is provided to maintain stability throughout. Speed of shaker is variable from 30 RPM to 250 RPM. The tray of the shaker is also made of S.S. Sheet with Lotus type clamps to hold flasks. Unit is fitted with Digital RPM Meter, 999 min digital time.

Orbital shaking incubator cum B.O.D incubator is specifically designed to controlled incubation with orbital shaking arrangement with powerful geared motor for many labotatory procedures such as tissue culture, fermentations studies, enzyme reactions, growth studies etc. The outer chamber is made up of M.S sheet duly powder coated & inner chamber is made of thick S.S. sheet. The gap between wall is fitted with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal loss. The plexi glass window provided to inspect the specimen without disturbing the inner temp. The incubator is illuminated with one door operated or panel operated flurescent tube. The unit has a temp. Range from 5°C to 60°C. The temperature is controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor PID Temperature Indicator cum Controller with a accurancy of + 0.5°C. Air circulation fan is provided to maintain stability throughout. The speed of shaker is variable from 30 RPM to 250 RPM. The tray of the shaker is also made of S.S sheet with lotus type clamps to hold flasks. The unit is fitted with Digital RPM meter, 999 min digital timer.
