DC Servo Motor Controller
This trainer designed for versatile Applications / Experiments mentioned below. It consists of(i) a PWM Chopper Drive using MOSFET (ii) DC Servo Motor (iii) Speed Sensor (v) PI Loop for speed. This trainer system is a compact & advanced version for class room experiment setup for the students to operate and study a practical speed measurement using optical sensor and speed control system.

St. Louis Motor Demonstration
Description
Students can explore how a simple electric motor works by doing a series of investigations. This St. Louis motor can be adjusted so students can study the effect of voltage and position of the brushes on the commutator. The motor consists of a two pole DC armature. The brush holder, with two heavy binding post terminals, can be rotated for experiments. The permanent bar magnets, supported by clamps, can be adjusted to the desired location. DESCRIPTION:-
A pontoon is allowed to float in a small tank having a transparent side. Removable steel strips placed in the model for the purpose of changing the weight of the model. Displacement of weight is measured with the help of a scale. By means of a pendulum (consisting of a weight suspended to a long pointer) the angle of tilt can be measured on a graduated arc. For tilting the ship model, a cross bar with two movable hangers is fixed on the model. Pendulum and graduated arc are suitably fixed at the center of the cross bar. This three step inductor consists of a coil of enamelled copper wire wound over an insulated spool. The coil consists of 4 layers of 200 turns each. The tappings at 200, 400 and 800 turns are brought out at 4 mm sockets. The output inductances at these tappings are as follows.
