Specification
Orbital shaking incubator cum B.O.D incubator is specifically designed to controlled incubation with orbital shaking arrangement with powerful geared motor for many labotatory procedures such as tissue culture, fermentations studies, enzyme reactions, growth studies etc. The outer chamber is made up of M.S sheet duly powder coated & inner chamber is made of thick S.S. sheet. The gap between wall is fitted with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal loss. The plexi glass window provided to inspect the specimen without disturbing the inner temp. The incubator is illuminated with one door operated or panel operated flurescent tube. The unit has a temp. Range from 5°C to 60°C. The temperature is controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor PID Temperature Indicator cum Controller with a accurancy of + 0.5°C. Air circulation fan is provided to maintain stability throughout. The speed of shaker is variable from 30 RPM to 250 RPM. The tray of the shaker is also made of S.S sheet with lotus type clamps to hold flasks. Description
Dissolution rate test apparatus is designed to carry out simultaneously SIX TESTS of dissolution rate of tablets & capsules as per USP standards. Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus consists of water bath made of transparent acrylic fitted with an inbuilt water circulation system. Machine has a DUAL TEMP. SENSOR system which controls both water bath temperature within +/- 0.1º C & senses the temperature of jars. Ripple Tank
Description :-
Transparent acrylic plastic ripple tank, supported in a sturdy plastic frame which has recesses to hold four legs with leveling feet.
The tank edges are shaped to minimize undesired reflections.
Tank has a drain hole closed by a rubber stopper.
With two light alloy uprights to carry a horizontal rippler support rod which is adjustable for height.
The ripple assembly, elastically suspended from the support rod, consists of a 4 – 6 V DC motor mounted on a wooden beam.
The motor has an eccentric weight which causes the beam to oscillate.
Two point sources are provided by two plastic spheres, each mounted on a right angle rod.
A metal rod is fixed centrally into a socket in one short side of the frame to afford support to the illuminant.

Pin Fin Appatatus
The apparatus consists of a channel in which the pin fin is tested in both natural as well as forced convection. The channel is connected to the suction of blower. The blower is operated to touch the pin fin in forced convection only. In natural convection, the window above the pin fin is kept open to the atmosphere. Five thermocouple tapings are given along the length of the fin. Thus the temperature distribution along the length can be distinguished. Also natural and forced heat transfer co-efficient, effectiveness, etc. can be found out.
