Description
Ruhmkorff Coil produces pulses of high voltage spark from low voltage DC source (6 – 12 V DC). It is suitable for use with gas-filled discharge tubes, vacuum tubes, eudiometers and for general laboratory work. Includes an adjustable vibrator system, primary current polarity reversal, on-off switch, a capacitor enclosed in the box and special alloy contacts. Bar Breaking Apparatus
Description
A heavy cast iron stand slotted to carry a stout iron bar, with ten cast iron breaking bars. Comprising a heavy cast iron frame 340 x 120 x 100 mm with slotted end pillars to carry a stout iron bar. The bar is threaded at one end for a large tensioning nut and has holes at the other end to accommodate the cast iron breaking bars. Supplied complete with ten breaking bars.

Curved Member Apparatus
Apparatus consists of a steel bar which is used to make the different curved members Viz. circle, semicircle with straight arm, a quadrant of a circle and quadrant of a circle with straight arm. The bottom ends of the members are fixed to the base. Under the application of load at free end, its horizontal and vertical deflection can be measured with the help of dial gauges. A dial gauge with 25mm travel (with a magnetic base) is supplied with the apparatus. Apparatus to be supplied should be complete with a supporting stand and a set of weights.
