DC Servo Motor Controller
This trainer designed for versatile Applications / Experiments mentioned below. It consists of(i) a PWM Chopper Drive using MOSFET (ii) DC Servo Motor (iii) Speed Sensor (v) PI Loop for speed. This trainer system is a compact & advanced version for class room experiment setup for the students to operate and study a practical speed measurement using optical sensor and speed control system.

DESCRIPTION:
The Set-up is designed to study the performance of Gear Pump. The Set-up consists of a Gear Pump having a pair of meshed gears coupled with electrical motor, supply tank, measuring tank & pipe fittings for closed loop oil circulation. Pressure and Vacuum Gauges are connected on delivery and suction side of pump for the purpose of measurement. The flow rate of water is measured using measuring tank and stop watch provided.EXPERIMENT:

Die pressed polycarbonate vacuum desiccator sustains vacuum for a long time.
A vacuum gauge is provided to indicate vacuum level which is connected to isolation valve to disconnect the source.
