Description
To determine co-efficient of expansion of a gas at constant pressure. A glass U-tube with a bulb and stopcock at one end, the other limb being open. An outlet tube from the bottom of the U tube passes through a rubber bung and has a stopcock at the end. The stem below the bulb is graduated 3 x 0.1 ml. An inlet tube with a mohr clip also passes through the bung. A glass water jacket encloses the U tube. All glass parts made of borosilicate glass requires only 20 ml mercury, which is not included.

Vertical Pipette Stand
Our Vertical Pipette Stand imparts features such as Stable, Non-Corrosive, Detachable, etc.
The Vertical Pipette Stand, offered by us, can hold 28 pipettes with maximum diameter of 14mm.
The heavy base measures 225 mm in diameter and a Polpropylene coated square rod measuring 375 mm in length is screwed into the base of the top disc.
This disk can be fixed on the rod, which has holes for holding pipettes while the lower one has pilot holes where the pipette tips rest and liquids drain down to the base.
These discs can be adjusted on the rod according to the length of the pipette.
The arrows provided on the discs should be kept parallel to ensure that corresponding holes are being centered.

Linear Air Track
Angular section aluminium alloy track, length 255cms, with staggered air holes, supported on two light alloy castings positioned 45 cm from each end of the track.
One support has a two- point contact and other one-point contact for lateral and horizontal adjustments for which a knurled screw is provided.
Large catapult arms with slots for elastic bands are fitted to each end of the track.
A fully fitted to one end of the track enables experiments involving acceleration under a constant force.

Air Core Solenoid
Description
Air Core Solenoid helps investigate the magnetic field of a long coil. It can also used with the Current Balance as an accessory to measure the force on a conductor in a magnetic field. The solenoid has coils wound on a plastic tube with approximately 575 turns of copper wire. It can carry a current of 5 A continuously or 10 A intermittently.
BOD Incubator
Specification
BOD Incubator is designed for low temperature incubation and determination of Bio Chemical Oxygen Demand (B.O.D). The BOD Incubator comes with a double wall construction. The Inner chamber is made of richly anodized aluminum or highly polished stainless steel with two / three removable perforated shelves. The exterior chamber of the BOD Incubator is made of thick mild steel sheet duly finished in enamel paint. Outer double wall door is provided with magnetic gasket and lock & key arrangement. The inner door is made out of clear acrylic sheet allowing inspection of material in the chamber without disturbing the chamber temperature. Door operated inner illumination has been provided. The gap between walls of equipment are filled with glass wool for temperature insulation. The cabinet is mounted on castors. The temperature in the BOD Incubator is controlled by a sensitive thermostat from 5oC to 50oC ± 1oC. For lower temperature working, a standard cooling unit with sealed compressor with protective devices has been provided below the chamber for safe and efficient working. Heating arrangement has made within the chamber for higher temperature. Bridge Rectifier
Bridge Rectifier is made of four diodes connected in a bridge circuit. It is housed in a plastic moulded box. This bridge rectifier converts alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC). It provides the same output polarity for either input polarity. All the electronic devices require direct current, so bridge rectifiers are used inside the power supplies of almost all electronic equipment. For the easy understanding of the internal circuitry, the circuit diagram is printed on the box.
