• To impart the knowledge about Industrial IoTa the Students, We have designed a IIOT trainer kit, which have inter-quark chip based IoT Gateway. • This Gateway is a universal Gateway supports many different types of communication protocols such as wired and Wireless communication for industrial applications. • The IIoT Gateway connected with Siemens based Distributed Control System(DCS), Programmable Logic Controller(S7-1200, S7-1500) using S7-protocol and OPC UA. • The Intel centrino based powerful WiFi chip enables us to the access data via Mobile Application. • The Gateway can get the internet connectivity via Ethernet and WiFi also. • This Gateway can communicate with our own ingenious data acquisition system using RS485 BUS and RS232 Bus. • The USB based communication exchange the data between Zigbee co-coordinator and Gateway.

Transfer Case Assembly – Actual Cut Section
The working of transfer case is shown with the help of actual parts assembled on square iron pipe frame. All the necessary parts of transfer case are shown in actual working form. This model helps the student to understand the working of the transfer case very easily. It is specially made dissectible for demonstration purposes.
Linear Air Track
Angular section aluminium alloy track, length 255cms, with staggered air holes, supported on two light alloy castings positioned 45 cm from each end of the track.
One support has a two- point contact and other one-point contact for lateral and horizontal adjustments for which a knurled screw is provided.
Large catapult arms with slots for elastic bands are fitted to each end of the track.
A fully fitted to one end of the track enables experiments involving acceleration under a constant force.
Identical end caps enable air to be introduced from either end of the track, bung being supplied to close the end not being used.
The vehicle buffer attachments and clamping screws are matt black to help interpretation of stroboscopic photographs.

Discharge Over Notches Apparatus
DESCRIPTION:-
The Lab setup consists of a channel having sufficient length and width in which water is supplied from the bottom. Required Notch is fitted at one end of this channel .A hook gauge with Vernier scale is fitted to measure the height of fluid in flow channel. Arrangement for fixing interchangeable notches is made. Set of three brass notches, i.e. rectangular notch. 60 V notch & 45 V notch provided along with the set up. Description
Students can investigate the relationship between the intensity of transmitted light and the angle of rotation of two polarizing filters. A graduated cartridge containing two polarizing filters allows students to observe the change in intensity as they are rotated relative to one another. The analyzer allows quantitative readings to be taken using a voltmeter at five degree intervals as the polarizing filters are rotated from minimum to maximum transmission. The output from the analyzer changes linearly with light intensity and so the resulting data can be used to verify Malus Law. Includes instructions.

The apparatus consists of a pair of M.S. plates, Bakelite, brass/aluminum. These plates in series on either side of the heater form a composite wall. The whole unit is clamped in a frame, which can be viewed through the Perspex sheet. The thermocouple tapings enables us to find out the conductivity and resistance of the composite walls.
