Thermocouple Calibration Test Rig
The Unit helps in calibrating given thermocouple for the range 0°C to 100°C. While calibrating, thermocouple is once dipped in ice for 0Q C and then in boiling water for 100°C. This is done till the thermocouple shows the actual temperature of ice (0° C) and boiling wafer (100°C) and a linear calibration is set. A mV meter is provided to know the corresponding voltage.

This Robo Trainer is working along with Matlab. Two axisrobo consists of two AC Servo Motors which are made to rotate using PWM pulse output of the controller. Two rotational encoders are present to determine shaft position of the motors. One AC Motor is used to rotate the handle from 0 to 360°, and the other is to move the handle up and down which can cover a distance of 450 mm. Pneumatics ARM is used for the application of pick and place of an object.

To determine co-efficient of expansion of a gas at constant pressure. A glass U-tube with a bulb and stopcock at one end, the other limb being open. An outlet tube from the bottom of the U tube passes through a rubber bung and has a stopcock at the end. The stem below the bulb is graduated 3 x 0.1 ml. Curved Member Apparatus
Apparatus consists of a steel bar which is used to make the different curved members Viz. circle, semicircle with straight arm, a quadrant of a circle and quadrant of a circle with straight arm. The bottom ends of the members are fixed to the base. Under the application of load at free end, its horizontal and vertical deflection can be measured with the help of dial gauges.
