Orbital Shaking Incubator
Specification
Outer made of M.S. Sheet powder coated & inner chamber is made of thick S.S. Sheet. The gap between two walls is fitted with high grade glass wool. The glass window makes it possible to inspect specimen without disturbing inner Temperature. The unit has a temprature range from ambient to 60°. Temperature is controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller with a accuracy of + 0.5°C. Air Circulation Fan is provided to maintain stability throughout. Speed of shaker is variable from 30 RPM to 250 RPM. The tray of the shaker is also made of S.S. Sheet with Lotus type clamps to hold flasks. Composite Walls Apparatus:
The apparatus consists of a pair of M.S. plates, Bakelite, brass/aluminum. These plates in series on either side of the heater form a composite wall. The whole unit is clamped in a frame, which can be viewed through the Perspex sheet. The thermocouple tapings enables us to find out the conductivity and resistance of the composite walls.

Rocks Collection
Description
A comprehensive collection of igneous , metamorphic and sedimentary rocks, in wooden box with partitioned tray containing 50 specimens, each nominally numbered and enclosed in a transparent plastics bag. Specimens may be removed from bags for detailed examination. Each specimen is labelled also on the inside of the box lid, indicating the geological name.
Centrifugal Blower Test Rig
The apparatus consists of a spiral casing, which houses an impeller. Impeller is driven by a variable speed D.C. motor. Three, interchangeable impellers, viz. Radial forward and Backward curved vanes are provided with the unit. Digital indicators are provided for speed of impeller. A venture provided measures the discharge. Thus students can evaluate the performance of different impellers at various speeds.
