DC Servo Motor Controller
This trainer designed for versatile Applications / Experiments mentioned below. It consists of(i) a PWM Chopper Drive using MOSFET (ii) DC Servo Motor (iii) Speed Sensor (v) PI Loop for speed. This trainer system is a compact & advanced version for class room experiment setup for the students to operate and study a practical speed measurement using optical sensor and speed control system.
FEATURES:
• One 12V PMDC Motor mounted on a open frame. • Speed Range: 0 to 1500 RPM. • Speed Sensor fixed on the frame. - Photo interrupter with optical Encoders. • One F/V converter is provided to convert the pulses to voltage output. • Speed controller provided to select - Proportional circuit. - Proportional plus Integral circuit. • One 3½ digit display to display the speed of the DC Servo motor / set value. • A switch provided to select the reference or the actual speed. • All important signals are terminated at sockets. So that, the student can monitor / measure the signals using CRO, DVM, Frequency counter etc.
Motorised Governor Apparatus
The unit consists of a base upon which the bearing holders and driving motor are bearing can be fitted in a holders to end conditions for test shafts, viz. Both end fixed and one end free, one end fixed. A Variac provided control of driving motor. The unit demonstrates the phenomenon of whirling of shafts with single rotor. As the test is destructive, after the test cannot be used, hence the unit only demonstrates the principle.
However, results obtained are closer to theory, as compared to those with bare shafts. Also, It can be demonstrated that, after passing whirling speed, shaft again starts running true.

1.Test shaft – 4.75 mm, 6.35 mm and 7.9 mm – 2 each. 2.Bearing to provided end conditions, (a) Both ends fixed, (b) One end fixed and one end free. 3.Drive motor 1/8 HP, 1500 rpm with control arrangement. 4.The whole unit is mounted on a sturdy base. 5.Rotor for each shaft of suitable size. 6.A technical manual accompanies the unit.SERVICES REQUIRE FOR MOTORISED GOVERNOR APPARATUS:

Emitting Diode (LED’s)
Bridge rectifier is designed with four LEDs internally arranged in bridge pattern fitted inside a plastic moulded case. Two LED’s are red and two LED’s are green. This device is used to demonstrate the functioning of a bridge rectifier, i.e., to convert alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC). Two yellow sockets are used for AC input. Two sockets, one red and one black, are used for DC output. For the easy understanding of the internal circuitry, the circuit diagram is printed on the box.

Description
This model of Advanced Surgical Suturing Leg allows the students to practice cut, suturing, stitches release, enswathing, etc. The elasticity and flexibility of skin can make it for practice hundreds of times. There are some initial wounds on the arm and if all the initial wounds have been sutured, people can cut the arm in other place for new training of suturing.
Coriollis Component Of Acceleration
This set up is designed to study coriollis component of Acceleration of a slider crank Mechanism. The apparatus uses hydraulic analogy to represent the rotating slider. It consists of a rotating block with two arms in opposite direction. These tubes can be rotated at various speeds by using a swinging field motor, which also acts as a dynamometer to measure torque applied to rotating tubes. A Perspex window on top cover helps to visualize the process. Rotameter is used to measure water flow rate through tubes. Water is circulated by small monoblaock pump.
