Mock Layout Of Car Wiring Conventional Type
It is an open type instructional apparatus. This unit is capable of operation when a standard battery is connected to the given terminals, Consisting of all essential parts as self starter, alternator, ampere-meter, ignition coil, distributor, 4 spark plugs, horn, long lights with dipper light, park-lights, dipper, back stop light and switches. The whole system is beautifully fitted on 100 x 80 cm base with electric motor working on 220 volts A.C and capable to drive the alternator. Without battery.
Sterility Test Apparatus (S.S Manifold)
It consists of Stainless steel holders in the manifold of 3 of 6 to hold 47 mm dia membrane filters, the tops of the holders are connected to the outlets of flushing tube with silicone tubing and glass top cock.
A vacuum resistant flask or wolf bottle must be placed between the manifold and vacuum pump.
(Supplied without wolf bottle and vacuum/pressure pump).
These units are used for sterility testing when the membranes filter is to be removed from the holder for incubation in culture media.
Filtration area is 12.5 cm and has a holding capacity of 250ml.
Though the only vacuum is required for filtration, some pressure is required for flushing liquids.

Flow Over Weir Or Open Channel Apparatus:
A ‘WEIR’ is the name given to concrete or masonry structure built across a river (or stream) in order to raise the level of water on the upstream side and to allow the excess water to flow over its entire length to the downstream side. Weirs may also be used for measuring the rate of flow of water in river or streams.
Different shapes of “WEIRS” generally used are sharp-crested weir, broadcasted weir and ogee shaped weir.
In the unit a centrifugal pump sucks the water from the sump tank, and discharges it to a small flow channel. The weir is fitted at the end of channel. All the weirs are interchangeable. The water-flowing over the weir falls in the collector. Water coming at from the collector can be directed to the sump or can be directed in to the measuring tank for measurement of flow.
