This signal generator is a useful test instrument capable of generating multiple waveform and offers excellent waves shape, signal linearity, waveform symmetry and frequency range with selection of sine, triangular and square wave and amplitude variable 10 V peak to peak. 1 Hz to 100 kHz in five decade ranges selected by rotary switch named as frequency multiplier. Sine, triangular and square waveforms selected by push switch with LED indication. Output signal is 0 – 3.5 Vrms (10 V peak to peak) open circuit continuously control with uncalibrated amplitude control knob. Mains rocker switch with indicator Light. Signal Generator is versatile for general laboratory use; output signal is adjustable with the combination of frequency multiplier and set frequency dial with a low level of distortion. Set frequency is displayed on a 4 seven segment display. Output Voltage is continuously variable with selector range 1 V and 10 V.There is two pair of output safety sockets. This Robo Trainer is working along with Matlab. Two axisrobo consists of two AC Servo Motors which are made to rotate using PWM pulse output of the controller. Two rotational encoders are present to determine shaft position of the motors. One AC Motor is used to rotate the handle from 0 to 360°, and the other is to move the handle up and down which can cover a distance of 450 mm. Pneumatics ARM is used for the application of pick and place of an object.

Emissivity Measurement Apparatus
The apparatus consists of a test plate and a comparator. A black plate is used as a comparator for test plate. When all the physical, dimensions and the temperatures are equal, heat losses from both plates will also be the same, except radiation losses. Hence the input difference will be due to difference in emissive. Both the plates are kept in a panel enclose with perplex front and are given inputs through separate dimmerstats so that temperatures of both can be kept equal. Thus emissivity can determine over a wide range of temperatures.

DESCRIPTION:
Francis Turbine is a reaction Turbine, which was developed by English born American Engineer Sir J.B. Francis. The water enters the turbine through the outer periphery of the runner in the radial direction and leaves the runner in axial direction and hence it is called a mixed flow turbine. As the water flows to the runner, a part of pressure energy goes on changing into kinetic energy. Thus the water through the runner is under pressure. The runner is completely enclosed in an air tight casing and the casing & runner is always full of water. The present Set-up consists of a runner. The water is fed to the turbine by Means of centrifugal Pump, radially to the runner. The runner is directly mounted on one end of a central SS shaft and other end is connected to a brake arrangement. The circular window of the turbine casing is provided with a transparent. The circular window of the turbine casing is provided with a transparent acrylic sheet for observation of flow on to the runner. The runner assembly is supported by thick cast iron pedestal. Load is applied to the turbine with the help of brake arrangement so that the efficiency of the turbine can be calculated. A draught tube is fitted on the outlet of the turbine. The Set-up is complete with guide mechanism. Pressure and vacuum Gauge are fitted at the Inlet and Outlet of the turbine to measure the total supply head on the turbine.UTILITIES REQUIRED:

Description
Vernier reading to 30 seconds of arc. The 175 mm diameter scale is fixed. The table and telescope movements are completely independent of each other and read to 30 seconds of arc by means of double ended verniers and magnifiers. Both rotations have fine adjustment screws. Coarse adjustments can also be made by release of clamping screw. Collimator is mounted on a fixed pillar and is fitted with 175 mm fl. achromatic objective with 32 mm clear aperture and a laterally adjustable slit 6 mm long. Telescope is mounted on a movable pillar fitted with 175 mm fl. achromatic objective of 32 mm clear aperture and x 10 Ramsden eye-piece with a glass cross line graticule.
