• To impart the knowledge about Industrial IoTa the Students, We have designed a IIOT trainer kit, which have inter-quark chip based IoT Gateway. • This Gateway is a universal Gateway supports many different types of communication protocols such as wired and Wireless communication for industrial applications. • The IIoT Gateway connected with Siemens based Distributed Control System(DCS), Programmable Logic Controller(S7-1200, S7-1500) using S7-protocol and OPC UA. • The Intel centrino based powerful WiFi chip enables us to the access data via Mobile Application. • The Gateway can get the internet connectivity via Ethernet and WiFi also. • This Gateway can communicate with our own ingenious data acquisition system using RS485 BUS and RS232 Bus. • The USB based communication exchange the data between Zigbee co-coordinator and Gateway.

Closed Circuit Type With S.S. Tanks, ISI Mark Pumps & Motors, Powder coated The closed circuit test rig consists of a “kirloskar make” monoblock centrifugal pump. The pump is provided with a vacuum gauge on suction pipe and a pressure gauge on discharge pipe. The gate valve is used to adjust the head on the pump. The discharge is measured by measuring tank / water flow meter. The input power is measured by energy meter.

Earth, Neutral And Live Board Demonstration
Description
This apparatus is an effective demonstration of how the earth wire and fuse act together to protect both the user and the appliance. When the appliance is connected correctly and the LEDs in the appliance will illuminate to show the appliance is working. A fault is then demonstrated by swapping the live wire from inside the appliance to the case to show either the fuse melts (protecting the user and appliance) or in the case of no earth wire, the LEDs illuminate to indicate the passage of current through the person to ground. The fuse is easily visible and can be seen to ‘blow’ when a fault occurs.The unit is supplied with 10 m of fuse wire and full instructions. A 12 V DC power supply is required. At particular radius of insulation over a cylinder, loss of heat is maximum. The unit consists of a G.I. pipe provided with plaster of Paris insulation on out side surface. DESCRIPTION:
Francis Turbine is a reaction Turbine, which was developed by English born American Engineer Sir J.B. Francis. The water enters the turbine through the outer periphery of the runner in the radial direction and leaves the runner in axial direction and hence it is called a mixed flow turbine. As the water flows to the runner, a part of pressure energy goes on changing into kinetic energy. Thus the water through the runner is under pressure. The runner is completely enclosed in an air tight casing and the casing & runner is always full of water. The present Set-up consists of a runner. The water is fed to the turbine by Means of centrifugal Pump, radially to the runner. The runner is directly mounted on one end of a central SS shaft and other end is connected to a brake arrangement. The circular window of the turbine casing is provided with a transparent. The circular window of the turbine casing is provided with a transparent acrylic sheet for observation of flow on to the runner. The runner assembly is supported by thick cast iron pedestal. Load is applied to the turbine with the help of brake arrangement so that the efficiency of the turbine can be calculated. A draught tube is fitted on the outlet of the turbine. The Set-up is complete with guide mechanism. Pressure and vacuum Gauge are fitted at the Inlet and Outlet of the turbine to measure the total supply head on the turbine.UTILITIES REQUIRED:

This three step inductor consists of a coil of enamelled copper wire wound over an insulated spool. The coil consists of 4 layers of 200 turns each. Water Cooling Tower Apparatus
The apparatus consists of a forced draught, counter flow type-cooling tower. A blower supplies cooling air. Air enters the tower at the bottom. Hot water is, obtained from a geyser. Hot water is sprayed over the mesh packing through the nozzles and it flows downwards. Evaporative cooling of water occurs due to the current of air and water gets cooled. This student can study the operation of cooling tower and calculate the energy balance.
