Outer made of M.S. Sheet powder coated & inner chamber is made of thick S.S. Sheet. The gap between two walls is fitted with high grade glass wool. The glass window makes it possible to inspect specimen without disturbing inner Temperature. The unit has a temprature range from ambient to 60°. Temperature is controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller with a accuracy of + 0.5°C. Air Circulation Fan is provided to maintain stability throughout. Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus
Description
Dissolution rate test apparatus is designed to carry out simultaneously SIX TESTS of dissolution rate of tablets & capsules as per USP standards. Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus consists of water bath made of transparent acrylic fitted with an inbuilt water circulation system. Machine has a DUAL TEMP. SENSOR system which controls both water bath temperature within +/- 0.1º C & senses the temperature of jars. The motor is digitally controlled to give speed between 20 to 160 RPM precisely within +/- 1 RPM. The micro-processor also have digital timer to control test timings from 00:01 to 99:59 (HH:MM). The machine is fitted with a LCD Display which keeps the user updated about the RPM, TIME & TEMPERATURE all the time. The unbreakable jars prevent accidents related to breakage & spilling of media in the lab. The jars have acrylic lids which allow passing of stirring shaft. ‘Gravity’ By Free Fall Apparatus
Consists of an electromagnet housed in a plastic moulded case with connections for an external timer, with a heavy steel sphere, and a platform unit.
For determination of 'g' (the gravitational acceleration) by free fall method.
The apparatus consists of an electromagnet which is housed in a plastic moulded case with 4 mm socket connections provided to energize the magnet and another pair of sockets for connection to a timer in use.
To perform the experiment, an electromagnet is energized and a metal sphere is attached.
As soon as the power to the electromagnet is switched off the sphere falls and the unit activates the timer.
When the sphere hits the platform, which is connected to a micro switch, the timer stops and the time of fall can be determined.
For use with compatible timer (product code LBTM).
Unit conveniently attaches to all commonly used stands (stand not supplied, see Stand & Rod Assembly - Value Pack STD-RD).
