• Two numbers of flow Transmitter (DPT) are provided to sense the flow of the liquid. • Three numbers of temperature transmitter (RTD) are provided at various stages to measure the temperature. • Five numbers of level sensor (RF capacitance) are provided to sense the level of each tank. • Industrial type Conductivity sensor is provided to analyze the conductivity of given Solution. • RTD sensor (or) Thermocouple acts as a temperature sensor. • Digital panel meters are provided to indicate the output of each sensor. • Provision to measure the conductivity. • Two numbers of motorized control valve or pneumatic control valve are provided to control the flow of the pipe line. • A powerful thyristor based power driver is provided to drive the heater power. • An industrial type water heater is used as a heat Source. • Storage tank of 50 litre capacity (SS). • Process tank of 15 litre capacity (SS). • Four numbers of acrylic tank are provided to study the response of four tank systems. • In necessary location Ball valve, globe valve and needle valves are provided. • Two numbers of stirrer are provided in the temperature process and alkaline process. • Three numbers of centrifugal pump (FHP) is used to circulate the water from storage tank. • Six numbers of rotameter are provided in the process inlet to visualize the real flow. • Regulated power supply is mounted in the panel. • All the flow lines are fitted by (SS) pipe fitting. • An over head tank is provided to give constant flow. • All the equipments are mounted in a rugged and mobile type metallic work station.
Conical Bottom Centrifuge Tube
Centrifuge tubes with conical bottom are available in two sizes i.e 15 ml. & 50 ml.
Moulded in Polypropylene, these tubes are clear, strong & safe.
These autoclavable tubes are provided with printed graduations on the outer surface.
The built in seal ring in the cap makes these tubes absolutely leakproof.
These tubes can withstand forces upto 7500xG & 12000xG for 15 ml. & 50 ml. tubes respectively.

Sonometer 3-Wire
Description :-
Hollow wooden sounding box 1290 x 130 x 110 mm, with mm scale, has two fixed bridges 72 cm apart over which wires are stretched.
To one wire is fitted a spring balance reading to 100 N x 5 N and its tension can be adjusted by a winged nut and measured.
Another wire passes over a pulley and can be loaded as desired.
A third wire, for comparison, can have its tension adjusted by a wrest-pin.
With 3 movable bridges, wrest-pin key, spring balance, and set of four wires of different diameters, each 1.5 meter long, without masses.
Pilot Static Tube Set Up
DESCRIPTION:-
A Pitot tube is used to measure the local velocity at a given point in the flow stress. A Pitot tube of standard design made of copper / SS is supplied and is fixed below Vernier scale. The Vernier scale is capable to measure the position of Pitot tube in transparent pipe section. The pipe has a flow control valve to regulate the flow. A U-tube manometer is provided to determine the velocity head. Present Set-up is self-contained water re-circulating unit, provided with a sump tank and a centrifugal pump etc. Flow control valve and by-pass valve are fitted in water line to conduct the experiment on different flow rates. Flow rate of water is measured with the help of measuring tank and stop watch.EXPERIMENTS:-

Ticker Tape Timer
For the measurement of velocity and acceleration, using timing marks made on a moving paper tape by a vibrating striker.
Designed to operate on a 12V A.C. supply and uses the mains frequency as its timing standard.
The unit is housed in a moulded case including mounting flanges.
The top of the case caries a tape guide which incorporates a carbon paper disc support and an adjustable anvil for the striker point.
All moving parts are fully enclosed and a pair of 4mm sockets are provided on the side of the case for connection of the electrical supply.
Supplied with a roll of self marking paper tape.
Paper tape : 100m of paper tape, 9.5mm wide.
