White Board Optics Set
Description
An economical and comprehensive set of equipment for ray optics and color experiments using magnetic-backed components that can be used on the whiteboard (included) or any installed steel (magnetic) board. Included a double ended light box contains a 12 V / 20 W halogen lamp, a wall-mount AC adapter, one end carries a cylindrical lens and slots for mounting the three slit diaphragms for ray optics. The other end carries two adjustable mirrors and an open area for color mixing work using colored filters that fit into slots in the ray box, Seven transparent color filters, seven opaque color filters, Three slits, one rectangular acrylic block, one semicircular block, one right angle 90° x 45° x 45°, One right angle 90° x 60° x 30°, one equilateral prism, four plastic coated ring magnets, one double convex block, One mirror strip, one double concave lens, two magic alphabet card and one mirror holder With instruction manual. Concentric Tube Heat Exchanger

The apparatus consists of two concentric tubes. Inner tube consists of copper tube through which hot water flows. While the outer tube consists of GI pipe through which cold water flows. The arrangement enables the parallel and counter flow of the cold water. The inlet and outlet temperatures and the flow measurement enable to find out the heat exchanged LMTD, and effectiveness of the equipment.

This signal generator is a useful test instrument capable of generating multiple waveform and offers excellent waves shape, signal linearity, waveform symmetry and frequency range with selection of sine, triangular and square wave and amplitude variable 10 V peak to peak. 1 Hz to 100 kHz in five decade ranges selected by rotary switch named as frequency multiplier. Sine, triangular and square waveforms selected by push switch with LED indication. Signal Generator is versatile for general laboratory use; output signal is adjustable with the combination of frequency multiplier and set frequency dial with a low level of distortion. Orfice Mouthpieces Apparatus
DESCRIPTION:
An orifice is an opening made in the side or bottom of tank, having a closed perimeter, through which the fluid may be discharged. A mouthpiece is short tube fitted to a same size circular opening provided in a tank so that fluid may be discharged through it. Orifice and mouthpiece are used to measure the rate of flow of liquid. The apparatus is designed to measure the co-efficient of discharge of orifice & mouthpiece. The apparatus consists of a supply tank, at the side of which a universal fixture for mounting orifice or mouthpiece is attached. A centrifugal pump supplied the water to supply tank. Head over the orifice/mouthpiece is controlled by a by pass valve provided at pump discharge. A measuring tank is provided to measure the discharge. A gauge for measuring X and Y co-ordinates of jet from the orifice is provided, which is used to calculate Cv of orifice.SPECIFICATIONS:
