Linear Expansion Apparatus
Consisting of a metal rod, 500mm in length and 4.5mm diameter, enclosed in a well lagged, nickle plated brass tube with three tubules for steam, inlet, outlet and thermometer.
The metal rod to be studied is supported in the steam jacket by detachable conical cups situated at each end of the tube.
The apparatus is carried on a heavy gauge channel base at one end of which is an adjusting screw.
At the opposite end is a micrometer screw reading to 0.01mm for measuring the expansion.
Supplied complete with copper, brass & iron rods but without thermometer.
Cam Analysis Apparatus
The apparatus is designed to study the cam profiles and performance of cam and follower system. The apparatus consists of a shaft supported by ball bearings upon which three different types of cams can be mounted.
The push rod for follower is supported vertically, which can adopt three different types of followers. Cams and followers can be changed easily. A variable speed motor rotates the cam. A dial gauge permits plotting of follower displacement with respect to cam position. By operating the system at different Speeds, jump speed can be found and also the effect of weight and spring force on jump speed can be studied. Jump can be visualized also with the help of stroboscope (it is not supplied With the product).

Wooden Lever Apparatus

The box itself is clear providing inside to hold the tips.

Description
This three step inductor consists of a coil of enamelled copper wire wound over an insulated spool. The coil consists of 4 layers of 200 turns each. The tappings at 200, 400 and 800 turns are brought out at 4 mm sockets. The output inductances at these tappings are as follows. Description
Helmholtz Coils are a special arrangement of coils that are placed in such a way as to generate a very uniform magnetic field between them when a current is applied. The strength of the magnetic field is proportional to the number of turns in the coils and the current applied to them. The Helmholtz Coils setup consists of two field coils mounted on a track to provide a uniform magnetic field between the coils. The proper separation for Helmholtz coils is marked on the track. Description
The basic set-up of the colorimeter is: LED light source: Produces polychromatic light over the entire visible region, 45 Broad spectrum filter: The colorwheel has nine different filters.
