Air Conditioning Trainer General Cycle Type
The unit consists of ducting fitted with various air conditioning components. Airflow is generated by an axial flow fan and in the airflow, heaters, cooling coil and steam humidifier connection is provided. Cooling circuit consists of a hermetic compressor; air cooled condenser, thermostatic expansion valve and evaporator (i.e. cooling coil). Measurements of various parameters Torn cooling cycle and heating cycle are provided and students can easily visualize and understand the basic principles of air conditioning.
SPECIFICATIONS:
1.Cooling circuits – It consists of: a) Hermetic compressor, having the capacity of 2/3 ton of refrigeration (approx.) using R-22 refrigerant. b) Rotameter for liquid refrigerant flow measurement. c) Pressure gauges for high and low pressure. d) Prescott (i.e. high and low pressure cut-out). e) Thermometers for temperature measurement at various points In the cycle. f) Energymeter for compressor input measurement. g) Condensate measuring arrangement. 2.Heating Circuit – Air heaters with input control provided with energymeter for input measurement. Blood collection and storage is done is special tubes which allow the preservation of the blood sample over long periods.
These tubes can be made of glass or plastic and the caps of these vials are coloured to indicate the additives in them.
Some of the additives are anticoagulants such as EDTA, sodium citrate or heparin.
Other substances include preservatives. The containers containing coagulants are capped with gold, red or orange caps.
The ones containing anti-coagulants are green, which contain heparin, purple or lavender indicates ones which contain EDTA, grey capped tubes contain sodium fluoride or oxalate. Blood collection tubes (also called as vacutainers) are extensively used in hospitals, medical centres and diagnostic centres.

Interference Undercutting
The board shows the demonstration of this phenomenon of Interference and Undercutting. When we rotate the teeth in anticlockwise direction, as the teeth is undercut is gives us a smooth working. When we give a rotation in clockwise direction, we can observe that the rack tip will be resisted by the tooth flank thus giving interference.
