• To impart the knowledge about Industrial IoTa the Students, We have designed a IIOT trainer kit, which have inter-quark chip based IoT Gateway. • This Gateway is a universal Gateway supports many different types of communication protocols such as wired and Wireless communication for industrial applications. • The IIoT Gateway connected with Siemens based Distributed Control System(DCS), Programmable Logic Controller(S7-1200, S7-1500) using S7-protocol and OPC UA. • The Intel centrino based powerful WiFi chip enables us to the access data via Mobile Application. • The Gateway can get the internet connectivity via Ethernet and WiFi also. • This Gateway can communicate with our own ingenious data acquisition system using RS485 BUS and RS232 Bus. • The USB based communication exchange the data between Zigbee co-coordinator and Gateway.XTEMOS ELEMENT

Shear Centre Apparatus
Apparatus consists of sturdy base frame and Channel, Equal angle, Semicircle and Z-Section are supplied with apparatus. Standard length of each of the four sections in M. S. is supplied. Each is provided with end clamp for fixing to the rigid bracket. A special load hanger is provided so as to change the load position so that with the help of two dial-gauges, the vertical plane of Shear-centre for the particular section can be determined.

Baby Weighing Balance
A single beam scale, robust steel body with epoxy powder coated parts.
The beam carries a sliding weight to indicate the weight from 0 to 5kg in divisions of 20 grams each.
One hanger and one slotted mass is provided to increase the capacity of the balance.
When only the hanger is suspended from the end of the beam the capacity increases to 10 kg and the reading starts from 5 kg onwards on the scale up to 10 kg.
On adding the slotted mass on to the hanger the capacity increases to 15 kg and the reading starts from 10 kg onwards on the scale up to 15 kg.
The tray is detachable and can be easily replaced in position by sliding on to fixed plate.
Second scale is provided which reads 0 to 1 kg in division of 10 gms.
Making the total capacity of balance 16 kg in to 10 gms.

Force on a Conductor Balance
Description
To demonstrate that when a current is passed through a conductor in a magnetic field, it is subjected to attraction or repulsion depending upon the direction of current in it. The apparatus consists of a plastic base 160 x 140 mm on which two contact pillars are mounted. Each pillar is provided with an external circuit. A balanced beam is supported by the pillars on two bearings which form the fulcrum. Two screwed masses are provided in the beam system, one moving vertically for the adjustment of sensitivity and the other moving horizontally for the adjustment of the equilibrium position, when no current is flowing. Scale marked 0 to 75 x 1 mm, rider of 1 gm. weight with instruction manual.

Theramal Conductivity Of Insulating Slabs
The apparatus consists of a slab assembly. The main Heater and a radial guard heater are sandwiched between copper plates. The specimen in the form of slabs of equal thickness are placed on either sides of heaters and cooling plates through which water is circulated are on the other Sides of the specimen. The radial guard heater ensures all heat of the main heater to pass axially through the specimens which is collected by cooling plates. By knowing the temperatures and Heat input, thermal conductivity of specimen can be calculated. The test set up is enclosed in an enclosure with insulation inside to provide undisturbed Surroundings. The design style of the apparatus is similar to as recommended in INDIAN standard. The difference is in sizes.
