Bridge Rectifier
Bridge Rectifier is made of four diodes connected in a bridge circuit. It is housed in a plastic moulded box. This bridge rectifier converts alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC). It provides the same output polarity for either input polarity. All the electronic devices require direct current, so bridge rectifiers are used inside the power supplies of almost all electronic equipment. For the easy understanding of the internal circuitry, the circuit diagram is printed on the box.
Digital Gauss Meter
Digital Gauss meter works on the principle of Hall Effect in semiconductor. When a semiconductor with current flowing in one direction is introduced perpendicular to a magnetic field a voltage is produced at right angles to the current path. The magnitude of this voltage is proportional to the intensity of the magnetic field. This voltage is called Hall Voltage. This Hall voltage is amplified and calibrated as magnetic field.

Open Wind Tunnel Apparatus
Technical Description
A wind tunnel is the classic experiment system for aerodynamic flow experiments. The model being studied remains at rest while the flow medium is set in motion, and thus the desired flow around the model is generated. Open wind tunnel used to demonstrate and measure the aerodynamic properties of various models. For this purpose, air is drawn in from the environment and accelerated. The air flows around a model, such as an aerofoil, in a measuring section. The air is then decelerated in a diffuser and pumped back into the open by a fan. The carefully designed nozzle contour and a flow straightener ensure a uniform velocity distribution with little turbulence in the closed measuring section. The flow cross section of the measuring section is square. The built-in axial fan with guide vane and a variable-speed drive is characterised by an energy-efficient operation at high efficiency. Air velocities of up to 28m/s can be reached in this open wind tunnel. The trainer is equipped with an electronic two-component force sensor.Lift and drag are detected and displayed digitally. The air velocity in the measuring section is displayed on the inclined tube manometer. The tube manometers is recommended for measuring the pressure curves in drag bodies. Extensive accessories allow a variety of experiments, for example lift measurements, pressure distributions, boundary layer analysis or visualisation of streamlines. Description :-
Hollow wooden sounding box 1290 x 130 x 110 mm, with mm scale, has two fixed bridges 72 cm apart over which wires are stretched.
To one wire is fitted a spring balance reading to 100 N x 5 N and its tension can be adjusted by a winged nut and measured.
Another wire passes over a pulley and can be loaded as desired.
A third wire, for comparison, can have its tension adjusted by a wrest-pin.

The Vertical Pipette Stand, offered by us, can hold 28 pipettes with maximum diameter of 14mm.
The heavy base measures 225 mm in diameter and a Polpropylene coated square rod measuring 375 mm in length is screwed into the base of the top disc.
This disk can be fixed on the rod, which has holes for holding pipettes while the lower one has pilot holes where the pipette tips rest and liquids drain down to the base.
These discs can be adjusted on the rod according to the length of the pipette.
The arrows provided on the discs should be kept parallel to ensure that corresponding holes are being centered.
